I'm not sure of the particulars but I believe it's a combination cash/stock deal. If that is the case then you would receive some cash and some shares of PNC, the amount obviously being dependant on how many NCC shares you own. Good deal for PNC and considering NCC's position not too bad of a deal for them.

Just got off the phone with National City Rep. who said that this is a MERGER, not an aquisition that is being stated on CNBC. I was under the impression that this was PNC purchasing NCC for cash & stock as well. Now I am confused.
